In line with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, our Constitution (archived) has been replaced by By-Laws, which have been read and accepted by the membership.

These by-laws regulate the conduct of the affairs of the Friends of Wellers Bay Inc., an Ontario Corporation under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
