Annual General Meeting
The annual meeting shall be held on a day and at a place within Ontario fixed by the Board and at a date no later that 15 months after holding the last preceding annual meeting, but no later than six (6) months after the end of the preceding financial year.

Any Member, upon written request (not less than 21 days or other number of days prescribed in regulations before the annual meeting), shall be provided with a copy of the approved financial statements, auditor’s report or review engagement report and other financial information.
​

The Directors can decide that a meeting of the Corporation can be held entirely by means of a telephonic, electronic or other communication medium that will allow all participants to communicate adequately with each other during the meeting.​
